The outage only affects the services when accessed directly using a web browser.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Turnitin Service Alert<\/em><\/h2>\n<h3><em><strong>Scheduled Maintenance<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>We\u2019re just dropping you a note to let you know that the following Turnitin services will be unavailable on March 17, 2018:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Turnitin and TurnitinUK (including all integrations)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Feedback Studio for iOS<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>iThenticate<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>WriteCheck<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>To ensure that services remain stable, particularly during high submission periods, this maintenance will include several hardware updates and performance improvements.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When will services be unavailable?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>PST\u00a0\u00a0 March 17 8am &#8211; 2pm<\/em><br \/>\n<em> GMT\u00a0 March 17 4pm &#8211; 10pm<\/em><br \/>\n<em> AEST\u00a0 March 18 2am &#8211; 8am<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>How will you be affected?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>While we\u2019d love to provide an uninterrupted service, our machines require a health check every now and again\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Users will be unable to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Thanks for your patience!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A note from Turnitin UK.
