One of the options provided is Prepare for Sharing<\/strong> – “Before sharing this file, be aware that it contains document properties, author’s name….” etc.<\/p>\n Step 2:<\/strong> Click on the box Check for issues<\/strong> and select Inspect document<\/strong>. This brings up the Document Inspector:<\/strong><\/p>\n Step 3:<\/strong> Decide which items you wish to inspect; in this case make sure that the second option is selected: “Document Properties and Personal Information”.<\/p>\n Step 4<\/strong>: Click Inspect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Step 5:<\/strong> Decide which properties you wish to remove and then click Remove All<\/strong>. Confirmation will be provided that “Document properties and personal information were successfully removed”.
