Most UAS departmental drives accessible via either G:\\ or O\\: as well as the P:\\ drive will be unavailable for a period of time during this work to allow for the migration. Please see the attached spreadsheet for the schedule and list of drives affected. During the times specified no access to the drives will be available including via the Remote Desktop Service.<\/p>\n<p>Updates will be provided on the status page <a href=\"https:\/\/status.ox.ac.uk\">https:\/\/status.ox.ac.uk<\/a>. All file paths and folder permissions will be retained during this migration with no changes to access. If you are still using \u00a0\u2018scan to folder\u2019 function on old photocopiers this will likely stop working. We will not be able to re-instate this due to updated security standards but may be able to offer a \u2018scan to email\u2019 function if the photocopier can support this.
