The outstanding devices below are waiting on a firmware upgrade which Ricoh need to apply directly to each of the individual devices. We&#8217;re working with UAS Facilities to co-ordinate this across all of the outstanding devices. This firmware upgrade is required to communicate with the newer Microsoft file server cluster that the data is now being stored on.\u00a0 If you urgently require this functionality on a device that is not currently working please contact <a href=\"mailto:help@it.ox.ac.uk\">help@it.ox.ac.uk<\/a>.
