The presentation will draw on the speaker\u2019s extensive experience of convening and chairing meetings in academic administration and IT as well as outside work in situations such as local government and school governance. We\u2019ll travel the journey right through initial planning, pre-meetings, agenda, running the meeting, accessibility, environment, technology, chairing styles, minutes and follow-up.
