Use Site Info &gt; Manage Access to grant access to &#8216;Anyone&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;text-align: left\"><strong>2.<\/strong> If they are not added in your site already, add the following WebLearn tools: Podcasts and Resources<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Site info &gt; Edit Tools<\/li>\n<li>Tick the check box next to &#8220;Podcasts&#8221; and &#8220;Resources&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click &#8220;Continue&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>On the next page, click &#8220;Continue&#8221; and &#8220;Finish&#8221; to add the two tools in the site menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;padding-left: 60px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/08\/podcasts_and_resources.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1990\" style=\"border: 0px none\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/08\/podcasts_and_resources.png\" width=\"433\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/08\/podcasts_and_resources.png 619w, https:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/08\/podcasts_and_resources-300x267.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 433px) 100vw, 433px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;text-align: left\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Add your media file via the WebLearn Podcasts tool<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Podcasts in the site menu<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;Add&#8221; link<\/li>\n<li>On the \u2018Add Podcast\u2019 page, browse your media file on your local computer, set the publish time, and provide a descriptive title.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have complete the form, click the \u2018Add\u2019 button to add the media file to your podcast collection in WebLearn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/06\/pocast2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1801\" style=\"border: 0px none\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/06\/pocast2.png\" width=\"466\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/06\/pocast2.png 666w, https:\/\/blogs-new.it.ox.ac.uk\/adamweblearn\/files\/2012\/06\/pocast2-300x194.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 466px) 100vw, 466px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Publish your podcasts<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>To see your podcast collection, click on the &#8216;Podcasts&#8217; tool.
